Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
As we deal in edible oils, spices, and food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot process returns or refunds for items that are opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling after delivery, or for requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
